Q: Is my credit card transaction secure?
A: Your credit card transactions are secure. All on-line orders are encrypted and sent through a secure server using SSL technology to prevent information from being intercepted. Your credit card number is passed directly through to our partner Bank of Asia to your bank using the most sophisticated on-line security available, we never see nor do we keep your credit card number on our site.


Q: Do you disclose any personal information to a third party?

A: We will not disclose any personally identifiable information (your name, address, phone #, email address) to any third party unless required by law to do so. For more info see our Security & Privacy

Q: Do you send information via e-mail?

A: We send you an invoice via email at your request. We may also send you information by e-mail, but only if you are a customer and specifically ask to be added to our e-mail mailing list. You can always request to be removed for our e-mail mailing.

Q: Does Thailand.com Shopping! use cookies?

A: Thailand.com Shopping! does use cookies solely to recognize you as a returning customer without having to sign-in. This allows for a faster check-out and gives you access to additional features. For more info see Why Register.


PAYMENT / ORDERING


Q: Can I phone in my order?

A: No.

Q: When will my credit card be charged?

A: Credit card accounts are billed at the time of shipment. For best service, please include a daytime telephone number in case there are questions pertaining to your order.

Q: Can I change my order after I submit it?

A: We process orders very quickly. If you need to make a change please contact our Customer Service dept. as soon as possible. Every effort will be made to accommodate your request.


SHIPPING / SERVICE


Q: When will my order ship?

A: Your items will leave our warehouse in Thailand within 24 hours of placing the order. Orders placed after 12.00PM East Asian Time Thursday, or on weekends and Thai national holidays, will ship on the next business day. Orders purchased with a Check or Money Order will ship the day we receive payment.

Q: Whom can I contact if I have a question about my order?

A: If you have any questions regarding an order you should contact the Thailand.com Shopping! Storefront who you placed the order with, or email our Customer Service dept. and we will try to assist you.

Q: How do you ship your products?

A: Our products are shipped using the expert services of international courier, TNT. For more info see our Shipping Methods pages

Q: When will I receive my order?
A: TNT takes from 3-5 days to deliver to most areas.

When we ship your order, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email with a link and order # that you can use to track your order. For more info see our Order Tracking page

Q: Can I send an order to a country other than the United States?

A: Yes we ship globally.

Q: Do you offer priority delivery?

RETURNS / REFUNDS


Q: What if I want to return or exchange a product?
