STEP 1 - Find your Product
(in this case, a Thai vase)

STEP 2 - Make your Selection
Your search will produce a list of matches. Simply click on the product that interests you.
To view other products, use the Back button on your browser, or perform another search.
Thailand.com Shopping! provides a rating system, which allows customers to evaluate the various Thailand.com Shopping! stores. If you see the QUALITY symbol next to a listing, the store has provided a "top rated" customer service and product.

STEP 3 - Product Details
Click on any product to see a larger photo and click on the "more about…" link to get a more detailed description of the product or the material it is made from. If you like the product, click "Add To Cart."

At this point, you are not committed to buying the product. You have simply added it to your Shopping Cart and can continue shopping. You can even go offline and come back to your order at a later date.

STEP 4 - Verifying your Order
Your Shopping Cart lists all of the products you have selected and their prices. It also features several buttons that allow you to Check Out or change the quantity of a particular item.
After finalizing your purchases, click the CheckOut button.

STEP 5 - Providing your Details
On this page, you will be prompted to enter your name, select a contact method, and specify a delivery address. Thailand.com Shopping! will remember your address details for future shopping trips.

Click 'Proceed to Checkout' or 'Return to Shopping Cart' when complete.

Protect Your Privacy: Before placing an order, you should always read the store's privacy policy to learn what information the merchant is collecting about you, how it will be used, and if it will be shared or sold.

STEP 6 - Payment & Shipping
Thailand.com Shopping! uses the services of the Bank of Asia (BOA) - for all on-line Visa and MasterCard credit card transactions.

When you reach the Order Summary page you simply choose your preferred method of payment. Please be assured that shopping at Thailand.com Shopping! is safe and secure, whichever method of payment you choose.

When you click PROCESS ORDER, your order will be sent to the retailer and a new window will appear (from BOA) where you will enter your credit card or other payment method information. The billing address is the address of the credit card owner. If you are sending items to a different address, make sure to update the delivery address.

Check for expected delivery dates, shipping and handling fees, warranties, return policies, and other important information. Look for an email address to write to (or a phone number to call) if you have a question, a problem, or if you need help.

STEP 7 - Confirmation of your Order
This page will confirm the details of your order, including items ordered, prices, billing address, shipping address, and shipping and handling charges. Print this page and save as a reference. You will also receive an email confirmation, which you should save as well.
